2. Tally ERP Software & Licensing

  • Authorized Partner: We provide Tally software as an authorized partner. All software licenses are subject to the end-user license agreement (EULA) provided by Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

  • Support: Our Tally support is limited to the scope defined in your specific service package (e.g., remote support vs. on-site visits).

3. Project Terms (Web & App Development)

  • Client Approval: For development projects, clients must provide timely feedback. Delays in feedback may result in adjusted timelines.

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final digital product. However, Properway Solution retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.

4. Marketing & SEO Results

  • Performance: While we use industry-standard best practices for SEO and Marketing, we do not guarantee specific rankings or instant revenue increases, as these are subject to search engine algorithm changes and market competition.

5. Payment Terms

  • Invoicing: Payments are due as per the milestones defined in the project quotation.

  • Refunds: Fees paid for Tally licenses or completed service hours are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Confidentiality and Data

We respect your business data. Any financial information accessed during Tally implementation or credentials shared for web development will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of fulfilling our service obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Properway Solution shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss or business interruptions.
